Officer Program
Before a Warrant Officer may become an Officer they must undergo a specific training program called the Officers Program. The Officers Program will test each individual in four different aspects.
-The Officers Program will test a members personal Judgement concerning conflicts, the clan, and even themselves.
-The Officers Program will test a members knowledge on the ability to operate Pro[wD] which is the designated Knight bot within our Clan Channel that Officers of the clan can command.
-The Officers Program will also test a members ability to take the initiative both in the typical sense, as well as in crisis scenarios.
-And lastly, the Officers Program will test a members ability to successfully recreate, organize, and lead an existing Squad of their choice.
If a member completes the test with the required marks in order to pass, then they will then be eligible to be promoted to an Officer rank in the clan. If a member fails to meet the expectations of the Program, then they may retry again after one week has gone by.
Any Warrant Officer may attempt to complete the test. Once successfully completed, the test is not required to be taken again as long as that member retains their membership within Clan wD. Even if they are demoted back to Warrant Officer at a later time. Officers may also take the test in an effort to train and improve themselves, if they wish.
All tutorials and information concerning the Program can be studied and discussed at any time.
